Jerry Garcia : Postal Carrier at the USPS

We see their faces everyday, the men and women that work tirelessly as the weeks and months of this pandemic roll on. Some of us might be working from home, but many, many essential workers face daily challenges, everyday navigating safety and duty.
This is Jerry Lopez, he is a Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service and has been there for two years. Jerry says, “It’s been stressful, but I enjoy my work.” Since we come into contact with so much mail, we have to be conscientious about washing our hands and not touching our faces. Also, no more ringing doorbells,." I thought “bet the dogs are happy about that. lol"
He drops mail off to my house everyday. I see him come and go and I celebrate him as part of the mighty frontline.
