Jean is a retired public school teacher and children’s book author as well as a visual artist. Jean’s artwork is inspired by nature and current events where she tries to capture the emotion and shared experience of the time. Jeans artistic style is colorful and eclectic and uses watercolors and acrylics to create abstract style paintings and collages. This artwork is inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic and the difficulties of living through it.
