Lillian was born in Ciudad Juarez, she’s a graduate of Interior Design at The University of Ciudad Juarez, where she took here first courses in Art. She identifies herself as a Folk Artist where her work in Acrylics and watercolor are owned by many local people as well as people outside of the country.

Lillian’s work can be recognized by the figure of a little girl in most of her
paintings that included bright colors and folk art themes and mounds and mounds of creativity.

Lillian created this painting called Seeds of Hope to celebrate the many aspects of black culture . . Lillian states, My inspiration was the beauty of the black culture, the bright colors, the sunsets in Africa, and the heritage and history that has been passed on for generations. Seeds planted with the hope to end discrimination.
